The Indiana Farmers Livestock Auction was
founded in 1950 and is located along Old Route 119 South, near Homer
City, PA. It's where buyers and sellers meet!
The auction is bonded to ensure sellers that the operation is financially
solvent.
Livestock auctions are held on a typical Thursday afternoon, starting at
1:30 P.M.
Horse sales are currently being held on the 3rd Saturday every
other month.
Please check the horse sales page for upcoming horse sale schedules.
There are equipment sales held several times a
year in the large parking lot.
The Indiana Farmers Livestock Auction not only serves an important
business function for local farmers, but over the years has become
somewhat of a social event as well in the farmers' busy work week. The
auction even has an upper-floor kitchen and lunch counter where people
can stop for a snack during a sale.
